How long does delivery take?
We usually dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within India, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and open Order history. If the order has shipped, tap Track shipment. Guests should use the tracking or order status link in the confirmation email. You can also visit Track order or WhatsApp us with your order number.
Do you offer exchange?
7-day hassle-free exchange — swap with any style from the Menarani website catalogue. Open your order in your account and tap WhatsApp, or message +91 6355835279 with your order number to start an exchange.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and clear photos. We’ll help resolve damaged or incorrect items as quickly as possible.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide on each product page. Measure bust, waist, and hips, then match the chart. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a comfortable ethnic fit.
What prepaid offers do you run?
10% off prepaid when your bag is under ₹4,199; 15% off prepaid on orders ₹4,199+ (shared max ₹1,200). Auto-applies on online payment via Razorpay. COD stays available at full price.
Is checkout secure? Do you support COD?
Yes — payments run through secure Razorpay Magic Checkout (UPI, cards, netbanking, and other available methods). Prepaid orders unlock 10% off (15% on ₹4,199+, max ₹1,200). COD remains available at the full amount.
